Letizia Ragno
Letizia Ragno is a photographer born and based in Milan, with a background in classical and art studies, Letizia graduated in photography at R. Bauer. Working for several years as assistant photographer and d.o.p. on fashion sets between Milan, Paris and New York she developed an individual vision focused on subject, person and the construction of light. Starting from 2010 she began her career as fashion photographer between Milan and Paris. Her clean and classical graphic sensibility—especially within the studio environment— brings the conventions of portraiture into fashion. Using body language and the intensity of the eyes Letizia tries to find that more intimate, strong and fragile part of the photographed subject. For fashion clients she is represented by WMmanagement. Letizia Ragno clients and publications include: Style Magazine Italia, Amica, L’Officiel China, Krizia, Jil Sander, Moncler, Blumarine, Neil Barrett, Palm Angels, Benetton. From the start Letizia has developed, alongside the commercial activity, a free and unconditioned photographic research focused on human emotions, identity and frailty.
