Emanuele Vona
Milan and Rome based,
Born in Rome, after graduating from the Arts Academy, Emanuele took his first steps as a hair-stylist working in his family's Hair Salon only to find out, very soon, that Fashion was his true calling.
Once moved to London, Emanuele never stopped studying and deepening his knowledge of all aspects and branches of hair-dressing, studying and workingin the best academies like: Toni&Guy, Sassoon, M&P and SACO where he became art director International experience lead him to master session styling, brides & afro, precision cutting, men’s grooming and professional training.
His versatile creativity framed by his disciplined and perfect technique gave him the opportunity to work with fashion magazines (Vanity Fair, Marie Claire, Man Vogue, l'Officielle, The Collector, CAP74024, Perfect, among others) and many international photographers on editorial and advertising services.
Emanuele is currently the personal hairdresser of Pierpaolo Piccioli, BALENCIAGA’s Creative Director.
He has worked with countless celebrities (including Kasia Smutniak, Liya Kebede, Ayelet Zurer, Andrea Riseborough, Willem Defoe, Tom Hanks, Miles Kane, Paolo Nutini - to mention a few) on events or photo productions and has also worked in the backstage of the most important shows of the fashion week: in Milan, London, New York, Paris and cruise, in hair teams such as Eugene Soulemain, Luigi Murenu, Guido, Paul Hanlon and Duffy
